Errors omissions and mistakes
These terms were meant to be applied while keeping books of account, keeping records.
If you will go through the books of ICAI you will find these terms defined some where.
If men will apply these terms towards other men. This may cause harm to the mind of those men. Means these terms should not be applied against men.
These terms are education of the accountants. Not to be applied against man.

One man should give answer only when the second man has asked question for it.
If this rule is not followed by men, human being will not exists on earth.
Example:
because one man will become all awareness, he will not need help of a second man
on any part of the works of life at all. Entire man kind will feel as if they are useless.
No one need them. because of the existence of this super man or one man.
So…
When two men exist, mankind will exist.
If one man exist , man kind will not exist.
1. God has no weapon now a days. So no one should have weapon in his hand
2. The word “Kali” is related to talk (derived from talk in kali yuga), All Men should rely on talk only.
3. Talk should not act as weapon, if many men talk with one man, talk will be considered as weapon.
4. All men should focus on God, No one man should focus on other man.
means men should immediately stop evaluation of others work and
attaching benefits (monetary or non-monetary) to the result of such evaluations. (example: performance evaluation amongst men)
5. All men should only talk on topics listened from others, read from books,what elders have shared. No one should talk on topics created by them self.
6. No one should talk on writings like the above 1-5 points, which are well being of each and every human beings. Because these are not means for publicity, these are meant for application in your work areas in every moment.
“Sarbe Bhabantu Sukhina, Sarbe Santu Niramaya, Sarbe Bhadrani Pasyantu, Maa Kaschit Dukhbat Bhabet”.
means you should observe above in your day to day services, activities, so that you will not carry the whole world to a state of sorrow and unhappiness.

Some of my memories of years back
“Any material charges or credit that arise in current years due to errors or omission in one or more prior period”
As student you tried to know the meaning of each terms like ‘Materiality’, ‘Charges’ ‘credit’ , ‘current year’, ‘errors’, ‘omission’ to write in exam this “standard” of accounts.
As Elders/Teachers when you applied the concept in work areas , you might have focused on any of these terms related to prior period, and it’s significance and effects on the records of the account of current year.
And similarly another accounting standard namely “events subsequent to balance sheet date”.
Those events which occur now, but are related the period after the balance sheet date. To find effects of those events in current year.
If you will focus on both the standards, You will discover that while one standard is related to past, the other one is related to future. And you make study of these two standards , when you understand that both of the standard have effect on present, now.
Just like you try to focus on present in your work, professional life. You do not try to focus on past because you can not change past (said Sri Sri Ravi Sankar). You should not focus on Future, because future may not happen. (said Sri Sri Ravi Sankar).
While applying these two standards, you may want to keep or reflect on these facts of life (past and future).
I want to say that , if a fact or information affects our present moment, we should focus on it else not.
Institution also defined in a booklet of ethics profession as ‘Continued application of education in to practice’. practice means in the work areas. Here i will focus on 2 aspects
1. Theoritical Education(Written Books, Shared By School/Collage Teachers)
2. And Continuation of above in practice
Both of these terms should be present in my work , so that the work will be considered by other men working with me as work.
If i render jobs in the areas of verification of others work , i should apply my educations while i continue verifying others work.
I should not focus on education of other men whom I can not see and touch. A man who is very far away from me.
The points emphasized here are
1. The education of self in work areas.
2. And the focus on present for effects of past and future events and
3. Linkage of those events of now with the educations/standards related to them.
thought to write down these facts of the educations, because these are not meant for readings only. These are applications in day to day life.
Existence of life depends upon the existence of these learning’s, education, awareness.
